BATTLE CREEK, MI (WNWN) – There’s a new judge on the bench in Calhoun County’s 10th District Court. Paul Beardslee was appointed by Gov. Rick Snyder on Wednesday.
Beardslee is currently the attorney for the city of Marshall. He is also a former Marshall Public Schools board member and Marshall city councilperson. He replaces John Hallacy, who was appointed to a circuit court vacancy late last year. He will face re-election in November.
