DETROIT, MI (WJXQ) — The Detroit Red Wings led 3-1 in the third period only to see the Avalanche rally for a 4-3 overtime win downtown. Colorado tied it with 46 seconds left in the third. Detroit had won its previous two.
The Red Wings close out a five-game homestand Wednesday against the Oilers.
