KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Western Michigan University Public Safety is investigating what they are calling a “large number of gunshots” heard near campus early Saturday morning.
According to a WMU Advisory text sent out just before 3 a.m., a large number of gunshots were reported in the area of Fraternity Village Drive.
WMU Public Safety reported that the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety responded to the call and informed residents to avoid the area.
