City of Portage to hold annual Spring Cleanup Program March 31 until May 1

PORTAGE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The city of Portage will be conducting its annual Spring Cleanup Program between March 31 and May 1.

Residents can place unwanted household items at the curb for collection.

Brush and bagged leaves, including ornamental grasses, will be collected in May as part of Portage’s Curbside Brush Collection program.

Each neighborhood will have one scheduled collection and residents need to have all items on the curb by 7 a.m. on their designated pickup date.
