BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Battle Creek Police are searching for a jewelry thief after a series of break ins around the south side of the city.
Three businesses have been targeted in the last two weeks.
Pearlman’s Jewelry on Capital Avenue was broken into around 12:15 a.m. October 30th, on the same street, King Jewelers was robbed on November 9th just after 4:30 a.m., and the latest victim was Happy House Gift Shop on East Columbia Avenue on November 13th around 12:50 a.m.
The suspect is described as a possible white man, medium build, about 5’10”, wearing a brown coat with a hood, black shoes with white soles, and black framed glasses.
In some photos he is seen hiding his face with a bandana or mask and has a black backpack.
