I love this recipe because it is SO EASY and has very minimal ingredients. Plus, it takes no time at all and is a real crowd pleaser. Here’s what you’ll need
-Whole wheat tortilla’s
-Jar of pizza sauce
-Italian seasoning
-Garlic powder
-Grated Romano
-Mozzarella cheese
-Additional toppings of your choice
To me, pizza is just cheese and pepperoni so those are the toppings I use for my Pizzadilla’s. First start by adding some garlic powder , grated Romano and Italian seasoning to the jar of sauce. It’s always pretty bland store bought so you gotta spice it up a bit. Next, get out your tortilla’s, cheese and pepperoni. Put one tortilla down and spread on sauce, then put in a pan or skillet. Next add your cheese on top of the sauce, followed by your toppings and the second tortilla. Cook for a few minutes on each side and you are good to go!
