ALLEGAN MI (WKZO AM/FM) — An Otsego man has been arraigned in an Allegan County court on charges stemming from charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and possession of child pornography.
Steven Lee Foupht faces a 30-count felony warrant after his arraignment Monday in Allegan County District Court, according to Allegan County Sheriff’s Lt. Mike Brown.
Allegan County authorities executed a search warrant on Nov. 10, 2021, after receiving information that Foupht had child pornography on his phone.
In addition, police discovered that he also had pictures of two minor children to whom he had access.
