KALAMAZOO (WKZO) — A suspended Emmett Township Public Safety Officer will stand trial for allegedly molesting another female relative, this time in Kalamazoo County.
Troy Estree already faces trial in Calhoun County for similar crimes with a younger female relative. The difference is that this time, Troy Estree will probably be waiting in jail, because the Kalamazoo
Judge set his bond at a million dollars at a previous hearing. That bond has been continued.
Yesterday the judge heard from his latest alleged victim who tearfully testified how Estree accosted her at the Oasis Hot tubs in Kalamazoo, after plying her with alcohol.
He was bound over to stand trial on one first degree, and two third degree criminal sexual conduct counts.
He already faces seven first degree C.S.C. charges in Calhoun County for repeated assaults on a 15-year-old relative.
He has been suspended from duties in Emmett Township.
