TEKONSHA, MI (WTVB) – Firefighters from three departments had to deal with temperatures in the single digits as they battled a structure fire on Main Street in Tekonsha Monday night.
The Tekonsha Fire Department says they were called at about 8:15 p.m.
The temperature was reported to be nine above and firefighters were on the scene for four hours.
Homer and Burlington crews assisted. No injuries were reported.
The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department, Marshall ambulance and Tekonsha DPW also assisted Tekonsha fire crews.
