NOTTAWA TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – Michigan State Police is looking into a series of recent burglaries in St. Joseph County.
Troopers say the breaking and entering’s took place in the 61000 block of Bass Lane between October 22 and October 25, 2017.
A prying instrument was used to break into the front and rear doors. Multiple items were stolen but the crooks didn’t stop there as troopers say property was damaged as well.
In addition, the State Police is investigating the theft of a chainsaw and portable generator from an unlocked barn in the 50000 block of Rambadt Road in Nottawa Township. Troopers say it happened between October 30 and November 4, 2017.
The suspect loaded both items into a small pull-behind wagon and walked away with them.
