SHERWOOD TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — State Police have released the name of a man who was killed when he ran a stop sign and his Chevy HHR was hit broadside by a Ford F-250 Pickup driven by a Sturgis man in St. Joseph County.
They say 24-year-old Kelly Oneil of Brooklyn, Michigan was dead at the scene of the Wednesday morning collision. It happened at the intersection of Featherstone and Shimmel road in Sherman Township.
The 48-year-old behind the wheel of the pickup was transported to Bronson Methodist in Kalamazoo where he was treated and released.
