KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — There will be big changes to the bottled water distribution program for the victims of the PFAS contamination in the Parchment/Cooper Township area.
There will be no distribution Friday. The venue is being moved from Parchment High School to the Haven Reformed Church near Sprinkle.
Beginning Saturday, when distribution resumes, the cases will only be available three days a week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 2:00 to 7:00pm.
They say the distribution center is being moved to allow school officials to prepare for the opening of school in a few weeks.
The reasons for the other changes were not given.
