SOUTH HAVEN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A small airplane made an emergency landing in South Haven Sunday after some electrical issues caused problems in the cockpit. South Haven Area Emergency Services says responders were on standby when the plane safely landed.
The single-engine plane had been en route from Wisconsin to Ohio when it began experiencing problems at around noon. The FAA in South Bend communicated with Van Buren County dispatch and helped direct the plane to land at the South Haven airport.
The two occupants in the plane were not injured.
