Hey guys! So I’m still adjusting to this gluten intolerance, and trying to make meals that aren’t boring…which isn’t always the easiest. If you don’t have a gluten intolerance, scroll back further in the blog and you’ll find plenty of recipes. This is just something I whipped up this morning.
Here’s what’s in the “Big Breakfast”
-Bowl of cereal (Corn squares or rice squares cereal…something gluten free)
-Fruit to put in the cereal (I used strawberries, banana and blueberries)
-Oatmilk (I also have a dairy intolerance)
-Rice cake egg sandwich
-Slice of ham or turkey sausage links
-Cream cheese
-Spring mix
-Hot sauce
-Fried egg
-Coffee & Dairy Free Creamer
