BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – One person has died in a Battle Creek apartment fire.
The Battle Creek Fire Department responded to the fire around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday on Greenville Street after neighbors called in the fire.
One resident came out of an upstairs apartment and told firefighters they thought one other person might be in the first-floor apartment.
That victim was found dead by fire crews.
No names have been released.
