This is one of that I’ve made different variations of, but this one was a bit surprising because I used kale as the greens. Many people hear kale and immediately get turned off, to be fair it is an acquired taste. I will tell you tho, make it this way and you won’t even notice there is kale on their.
Here’s what you’ll need;
-Everything Bagel
-Kale
-Cream Cheese
-Hot sauce
-Turkey Bacon
-Salt & pepper
-2 eggs
-Cooking spray
-Frying pan & spatula
Start by toasting your bagel…I do mine in the toaster oven and I like mine lightly toasted. While that’s going, I also start the eggs and I do them sunny-side up! They only take a few minutes, and while they cook I give them a nice sprinkle of salt and pepper. When the bagels are done, I put a smear of cream cheese on both sides, followed by hot sauce, kale and bacon. Then I top each side of the sandwich with an egg. Now you can eat this with your hands OR you can eat with a fork and knife! Enjoy!
