MATTAWAN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Bodycam footage has been released by the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office of the arrest of 58-year-old Gregory Miller of Mattawan after he allegedly beat his 79-year-old neighbor September 29 for cutting wood too close to their property line.
Miller said he was tired of William Kracker making noise next to his home and he wants him to die. The suspect also said he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer and wants Kracker to die with him.
The Sheriff’s Office says Miller’s blood alcohol level when he was arrested was 0.254.
