Hi, I’m Mandy!

I grew up on a family farm in Scotts, Michigan, a small town not far from Kalamazoo. Some of my favorite memories are riding into town with my mom to go grocery shopping, windows down, Win 98.5 on the radio, singing along and laughing the whole way. That’s where my love for music—and my dream of being on the radio, which I had since I was 5—really started.

I dreamed of being on the radio in high school… until a little mishap with my car put those plans on pause. (right into a tree, look you already knew I am a bad driver LOL)

Luckily, I found my voice at Renaissance Faires, diving into improv and storytelling, and kept my passion for music alive. Now, I’m living that dream on-air at WIN 98.5!

I play a little bass, guitar, piano, and sing… sometimes I sing well, other times, let’s call it “enthusiastically!” off key!  I love connecting with listeners—y’all are just friends I haven’t met yet. Catch me at a local show or out and about, and don’t be shy—come say Hi!
